ServeUp was born at one of Pustertal's biggest festivals — the Jergina Kirschta in St. Georgen. Today it also runs on alpine huts, mountain huts, in bars, restaurants, hotels and at other events.

Do I need new hardware?

Usually not. ServeUp runs on the smartphones, tablets and small computer or older laptop you probably already have. Bring your own kit — we decide together whether it works on what you have or whether a customised hardware setup is the better fit.

What does ServeUp cost?

The price is the same for everyone — whether you're a small place with two tables or a large operation with twenty service staff. You only choose between the seasonal and the yearly license. No per-device fees, no cut of your revenue. Only if you need something special do we talk one-on-one.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. After the initial setup, ServeUp talks over the local network — no cloud in the middle. Ideal for huts without stable connectivity, for marquees at the edge of the village, for basement bars and rooftop terraces.

How many devices can I connect?

As many as you want. ∞. Ten waiters, twenty service staff, a tablet in the kitchen, one at the hotel bar — no license limits.

Does ServeUp work for our hotel?

For your dining and bar areas: yes. Breakfast room, Stube, bar, rooftop, poolside restaurant — each area its own, each team its own access, one bill or many. Drinks at the restaurant or the bar can be charged directly to the guest's room. Ordering, billing, paying — that's what ServeUp is for.

Does it work with 2000 guests at an event?

Yes. Wine festivals, hut nights, weddings — several marquees, several bars, many staff in parallel. All on the local network, all offline-capable, all orders tracked cleanly.

Where is my data stored?

Everything stays local, on your own hardware. ServeUp sends no guest data to an external cloud. You keep full control.

How long does setup take?

Depends on the use case. For an event it's fast. Bars, hotels and restaurants are often more complex because it takes a structure to arrange the articles intuitively and to pre-configure the right extras. We're happy to help with that.

Can I move orders between tables?

Yes. Individual items or entire orders move to another table or guest in two taps.

What payment methods are supported?

Today, fast cash billing directly in the app. Card payment and QR link are in the works and coming soon.
